Some Projects In The Works…

Another nvzion related blog entry here. I thought I’d give everyone a sneak peak at the latest Public Enemy projects which we have under development at nvzion. The first two images shown, feature the terrific illustrations of UK illustrator Paul Stone.

To the left is what will be used in the 2006 Public Enemy release How do you sell soul to a souless people who sold their soul?? To the right is the current development version of the cover for the upcoming PE release New Whirl Odor.

It’s proving to be a record release year for PE. Along with the above mentioned projects. PE has teamed with Paris for Rebirth Of A Nation. Paris is taking the reigns on this one and is producing and preparing the project on his end at Guerrilla Funk.

Although we aren’t involved with the Paris produced project, we are, however, designing a pair of releases for Universal/Def Jam. These are the first official Public Enemy hits packages. To the right is the cover for Power to the People and the Beats: Public Enemy’s Greatest Hits

On the right is the companion release Power to the People and the Videos: The Total Visual Experience of Public Enemy. For the first time ever, a DVD featuring all the videos for PE’s classics. Keep an eye out for these Universal/Def Jam releases sometime between July and September.
